Dingli slime dryer is mainly composed of heat source, dispersing feeder, belt feeder, rotary drum, belt discharger, induced draft fan, dust collector and power distribution cabinet. The working principle of the coal slime drying equipment is as follows: the wet slime with a moisture content of about 30% has a certain viscosity. During the drying process, the wet slime enters the dryer and is divided into the following six working areas: one is the material guide area, where the wet slime enters the dryer. This area is in contact with the high temperature hot air to quickly evaporate the water, and the material is transported to the next work area without forming a bond under the large lead angle of the copy board. The second is the repeated crushing, beating and cleaning area. In the cleaning device, the wet mud is picked up, broken and beaten by the grid-shaped copying plate. After repeated crushing and beating, the large wet mud is broken and kneaded into a 20-40mm granular coal slime mass, forming a material curtain state, increasing the heat exchange area, and improving the drying rate. The cleaning device reasonably cleans the mud adhered to the inner wall to prevent the wet mud from sticking; the third is the main drying area, the wet mud treated in the second area has been in a granular and loose state, and the material is picked up by the inclined lifting plate in this area to form Uniform material state, sufficient heat exchange with hot air, strong precipitation; Fourth, beating and crushing drying area, in this area, after repeated beating and crushing, the mud particles are broken from 20-40mm to 10-20mm (customer required particle size), and the moisture is further reduced. The fifth is to strengthen the drying area. The crushed small particles of mud are lifted from the area by the dense copying board, fully absorb the heat of the hot air, discharge the moisture, meet the moisture requirements and prepare for the discharge; the sixth is the discharge area, in order to prevent the discharge of the material. Dust, the drum does not have a copy plate in this area, the material rolls and slides to the discharge port, and the moisture of the coal slime drops to about 12-15% and is discharged from the dryer to complete the entire drying process.
