Recently, a large-scale coal slime drying production line, custom-designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., completed all installation and commissioning work at the customer's factory in Russia and officially commenced stable operation.
This project addressed the characteristics of the high-moisture coal slime material, low-temperature climate conditions, and factory site conditions. Dingli's technical team conducted on-site condition analysis in advance and tailored a suitable drum-type coal slime drying equipment. The complete set of equipment includes a main drying cylinder, dust removal and purification system, intelligent temperature control operating platform, and supporting conveyor auxiliary equipment, with a compact and reasonable overall structure layout that also accommodates future factory expansion.
During operation, the equipment can stably process high-viscosity coal slime raw materials. Through a graded drying process, the moisture content of the material is reduced, resulting in uniform quality of the dried coal slime, facilitating storage, transportation, and secondary utilization. This helps customers improve the resource utilization rate of coal by-products and reduce the site occupation and environmental problems caused by wet coal slime stockpiling. The entire system is equipped with an intelligent control module, allowing staff to adjust parameters such as temperature, rotation speed, and feed rate from a separate control room. The operation is simple, and daily maintenance is convenient and worry-free.
During project implementation, a dedicated overseas service team was established to oversee the entire process, including equipment delivery, on-site assembly guidance, and machine commissioning. The team promptly responded to any technical inquiries during the factory installation phase, ensuring the production line was delivered and put into operation on schedule.
