Chicken manure organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment that uses fresh chicken manure as raw material and produces natural organic chicken manure fertilizer through a series of processing. Chicken manure organic fertilizer production line process
1. Fermentation process: Mix chicken manure with straw, mushroom residue, etc., add fermentation agents, and turn the compost through compost turning equipment (such as ground compost turning machine, trough compost turning machine) to increase oxygen content and promote water evaporation. If the environmental protection requirements are high, a horizontal fermentation tank can be used for fully sealed fermentation and equipped with a deodorization device.
2. Crushing process: Use a vertical crusher to crush the fully fermented material to ensure that the particles are small and convenient for subsequent granulation.
3. Screening process: Use a drum screener to screen the crushed materials, return the unqualified materials to the crushing process, and the qualified materials enter the granulator.
4. Granulation process: According to the requirements of particle shape, select a disc granulator, a stirring tooth granulator (round particles) or a flat die granulator, a roller extrusion granulator (cylindrical particles) for granulation.
5. Drying process: After granulation, use a rotary dryer to reduce the moisture content of the particles from 50% to about 15%, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
6. Cooling process: The dried particles enter the cooler to reduce the temperature and prevent agglomeration.
7. Screening and coating process: Use a screening machine to screen the particles again, and unqualified particles return to the crushing-granulation process. Qualified particles enter the coating machine, and the commercial properties of the particles are improved after coating.
8. Packaging process: Use a fully automatic packaging machine to package the coated particles to achieve automatic weighing and sewing integration.
