Granulators can take different forms such as disc granulators and extrusion granulators, and the appropriate equipment can be selected according to production needs. During the granulation process, by adjusting parameters such as pressure and rotation speed, granular organic fertilizer that meets the requirements is obtained.
Cooling and screening: The granulated organic fertilizer enters the cooler for cooling to reduce the temperature of the granules and facilitate subsequent packaging and storage. The cooled fertilizer is then screened through a screening machine to remove particles that do not meet specifications to ensure product quality.
Packaging and storage: Finally, the qualified organic fertilizer is packaged, and you can choose packaging bags or barrels of different specifications. The packaged fertilizer is sent to the warehouse for storage, waiting for sale or transportation to the user.
