    The configuration of the environmentally friendly coal drying production line is mainly composed of heat source (steam), feeding device, belt feeder, rotary drum, belt discharger, induced draft fan, dust collector (multi-stage dust removal) and power distribution cabinet. The steam drying coal process is as follows: the coal in the drying system is fed to the material silo, chain conveyor, weighing scale, hoist, and feed valve to achieve uniform feeding of materials and fed to the drum dryer. The dried product is discharged by the chain plate. The coal to be dried first enters the raw material silo from a loader, and then is conveyed to the bucket elevator through the weighing scale and chain conveyor, and then enters the unloading chute in the front section of the drum. After being put into the drum dryer, it is quickly guided to the inclined lifting area by the large inclination guide plate, and with the rotation of the drum and the inclination of the drum, it is lifted from the bottom of the drum to the top of the drum and falls down to form a "material curtain". The wet-based material coal forms conduction and convection heat exchange with the tube heat exchanger, until the heat balance is reached and the moisture requirement of the material is reached, the coal is discharged out of the drying drum. After heat exchange, the exhaust gas containing a large amount of water vapor and dust passes through the cyclone dust collector, and after most of the dust is removed, it enters the bag-type pulse dust collector for dust removal, and the purified exhaust gas is directly discharged to complete the entire drying process.
