INTRODUCTION

The Coconut Husk & Coconut Shell Processing Line is an automated processing system developed for biomass raw materials such as coconut husks and shells. It completes processes including cutting, desalting, dehydration, drying, briquetting, and automatic packaging, achieving continuous and high-efficiency processing of raw materials.

This production line is widely used in the processing of coconut coir, coconut shells, biomass fuels, organic substrates, horticulture, activated carbon, and coconut by-products. The entire line adopts a modular design and can be customized according to the customer's raw material type, moisture content, production capacity, and plant layout, providing customers with a highly efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent one-stop solution.

Complete Production Process:

Raw Material Feeding → Cutting Machine → Soaking and Salt Washing → Multi-Roller Filter Press → Single-Layer Drum Dryer → Briquetting Machine → Automatic Packaging Machine

1. Raw Material Feeding: Coconut husks or shells are continuously conveyed to the cutting equipment via an automatic conveying system, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency.

2. Cutting Processing: A high-strength coconut husk cutting machine cuts large pieces of coconut husk into uniform sizes, improving the efficiency of subsequent dehydration, drying, and compression.

3. Soaking and Salt Washing: For export horticultural substrates or low EC value products, a salt washing system can be configured. Through circulating washing, the salt, sodium, and potassium ion content in the coconut husk is reduced, improving product quality and meeting international market standards.

4. Multi-Roller Filter Press Dehydration: Utilizing multi-roller continuous filter press technology, the washed material is mechanically dehydrated, significantly reducing the initial moisture content, reducing subsequent drying energy consumption, and improving the overall line operating efficiency.

5. Single-layer drum dryer: Utilizing a drum drying system, this dryer ensures uniform heating of materials, achieving continuous and stable drying. The heat source can be configured according to customer needs, using natural gas, biomass fuel, diesel, steam, or electric heating, ensuring the finished product's moisture content meets process requirements.

6. Briquetting: Dried coconut husks or coir are compressed into high-density briquettes using a hydraulic briquetting machine, facilitating transportation, storage, and export. Different specifications of compressed briquettes can be produced according to market demand.

7. Automated packaging: Employing an automated weighing, compression, sealing, and packaging system, this system achieves automated packaging of finished products, improving packaging efficiency, reducing labor costs, and meeting container transportation and export requirements.
