    The coal ash drying process is mainly divided into the following work areas: First, the material guide area. The wet coal powder enters this area and quickly evaporates water in contact with the high temperature hot air. The material does not form a bond when it is moved by the large guide angle. It is led to the next working area; the second is the dispersing area, where the pulverized coal is dispersed by the dispersing device, thereby increasing the heat exchange area of the coal slime and hot air; the third is the inclined lifting plate area, which is wet after being broken. The pulverized coal in this area is raised by the lifting plate to form a material curtain. At this time, the material is in full contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the wet pulverized coal quickly evaporates into water vapor, and the water vapor is then sucked away by the induced draft fan to achieve the purpose of drying. ; When the material falls, it is easy to form the phenomenon of sticking to the drum wall. The equipment is designed with a cleaning device in this area, and the cleaning device can clean the material adhered to the inner wall very reasonably; the wet coal powder is dried into a low-moisture loose state in this area. After the heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharging area; the fourth is the discharging area, where the drum is not equipped with a copy plate, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
