Some people said that we can use the air to cool down the hot wood chips. Yes, it seems ok. But as the size of the wood chips is not even, some are small size, some are big size, then the cooling efficiency of the wood chips are not same. What is more , the air speed is very quick, and the air cooling system is mainly for the powder type light material. If we use the air to cool down the hot wood chips, then it will need a large rotary drum to supply the cooling down room.
Some people said that we can use the water to cool down the hot wood chips indirectly. Yes, it is seems ok. But the water cool down the hot wood chips indirectly, then the cooling efficiency is low, what is more, we also need a large rotary drum .
