The Installation Knowledge of Spiral Chute

As the most ideal and efficient gravity dressing equipment, spiral chute plays an important role in non-metallic minerals and rare metal minerals. This equipment has many virtues such as simple structure, small weight, dispensing with power, water and energy saving, convenient operation and maintenance, strong adaptability, wide particle size range, large processing capacity, excellent selecting effect and so on.

1. First to check on the quality of FRP helix slice, especially the quality, size and shape of the work surface.

2. Combine the five spiral fins with bolts into a set of spiral chute, horizontally placed. When connecting, note that the outer edges should be aligned to prevent ore flow from splashing. If there is a seam in the connection place, it needs to be troweled by putty.

3. Spin the well jointed spiral chutes together, distributing into the required shape.

4. Fix the spiral chutes on the stanchion with bolts, and then install the cross or tripod, making each end of the spirals distribute uniformly, and finally fasten all the bolts.

5. Fix the feed chute and product load slot onto the head and tail of the spiral chute respectively, making sure the connection place well sealed without a seam. If there is any crack, seal it with coating.

6. The feed distributor and product gather bucket are not connected with the slot bracket, and rotate freely on the bracket. In addition, each calandria of the feed distributor should be respectively aligned with the corresponding feed chute.

7. The foundation of spiral chute generally needn’t be fixed, and the spiral chute stanchion should be properly connected with the foundation platform.
