Silica Sand Dryer Workflow

As the moisture of silica sand is surface water, in order toenhance the heat exchange efficiency and processing capacity, we need to increase the contact area between silica sand and hot air as much as possible. Our triple-pass drumsilica sand dryerachieves this aim perfectly. For one time drying, thesilica sand dryercan dry the silica sand to be belowmoisture 1% directly.

Silica Sand Dryer workflow is as follows:

Wet sand---> Hopper---> Disc Feeder--> Belt Conveyor--> Silica Sand Dryer (Hot Air Furnace supply the hot air for the sand dryer) ---> Belt Conveyor--> Vibrating Screen ---> Dried Sand.
