  1. When the operating conditions of the induced draft fan change, check the ability of the induced draft fan;

  2. Periodically check the sensitivity of the thermometer and oil level, and control the oil level of the bearing box within the specified allowable range;

  3. During the startup, shutdown or operation of the induced draft fan, if any abnormality is found in the induced draft fan, it should be checked immediately. For minor faults found in inspection, the cause should be found out in time, and try to eliminate or deal with it. If minor faults cannot be eliminated or major faults are found, they should be inspected immediately;

  4. If it is found that the flow is too large and does not meet the requirements for use, or a small flow is required in a short time, the throttling device can be used to adjust;

  5. The bearing seat of E-type transmission should be checked regularly (quarterly), cleaned and added lubricating oil to prevent the bearing from burning out;

  6. In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each disassembly and repair, the induced draft fan of the vinasse dryer system should also regularly replace the lubricating oil.

  In order to avoid man-made failures due to improper maintenance, prevent natural failures and accidents in all aspects of the induced draft fan and motor, so as to give full play to the performance of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment, the maintenance of the fan must be strengthened.

  Maintenance personnel of induced draft fans must pay attention to the following points:

  1. It can operate only when the induced draft fan equipment is completely normal;

  2. If the induced draft fan equipment is started after maintenance, please pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal;

  3. Repair of fan equipment is not allowed to be carried out during operation;
