The quality accounts for about 20% of the sugarcane yield. The sugarcane leaf (dry matter) contains 5.68 MJ/kg of digestible energy. The crude protein is 3% to 6%, with high sugar content and good palatability. It is a good feed resource for the development of herbivorous animal husbandry. The use of sugarcane tip leaves as silage can solve the contradiction of over-winter spring feed shortage.
Sugarcane leaves, pasture and other materials have high humidity, and the moisture is about 45-75%. The grazing grass is sent to the drum by the conveyor to achieve downstream drying. The forage grass is continuously copied and scattered under the inner layer of the copy board. Through the inner, middle and outer layers, the forage and hot air quality heat exchange is realized, and the grass with the drying effect can quickly travel out of the drum under the action of the wind. The wet grass without the drying effect cannot travel fast due to its own weight, and the pasture is controlled. The inside is fully dried to achieve the drying effect, and the grass moisture is reduced to 14-18% (customer requirements), and the drying process is completed and discharged by the screw conveyor. A special removal device is installed inside the drum to prevent uneven drying of the grass.
