Recently, the 70-ton-per-hour coal slime drying production line project in Yangquan, Shanxi, undertaken by Zhengzhou Dingli, completed assembly and commissioning and successfully commenced operation. Local coal washing plants generate a large amount of sticky wet coal slime with a moisture content ≤25% annually. Open-air storage easily leads to dust and wastewater pollution, and transportation and treatment costs are high. Our technical team conducted on-site surveys and, considering the plant site, capacity requirements, and environmental protection requirements, tailored a complete drying system including the drum unit, heat source, dust removal, and intelligent electrical control, aiming to stably control the finished product moisture content to within 13%.

The Dingli coal slime dryer equipment adopts a closed negative pressure operation combined with multi-stage exhaust gas purification equipment, ensuring compliant emissions and perfectly meeting regional environmental control requirements. The exclusive anti-sticking structure inside the drum effectively solves the problem of coal slime sticking to the walls and clogging, allowing for long-term, uninterrupted, and stable production. Equipped with an intelligent electronic control system, the system allows for free adjustment of feeding and drying temperatures, precisely controlling the moisture content of the finished product. This transforms waste coal slime into usable fuel, truly achieving the reduction, resource recovery, and green disposal of industrial and mining solid waste.
