Dried bean dregs contains 3 times more crude protein than rice, and is a nutritious feed for raising pigs, chickens, ducks, etc. It is also a good raw material for making cat litter. With the development of the economy and the increase of environmental protection requirements, the drying and dehydration of tofu residue has been paid more and more attention. Based on this, various tofu residue drying equipment has emerged at the historic moment, such as drum dryers, rake dryers, etc., but the drying effect of these devices is not ideal.

Due to the characteristics of the raw material of tofu dregs, such as large moisture content, stickiness, and light weight, our company has combined these characteristics to design such a large-scale dryer that meets the characteristics of tofu dregs.
XSG spin flash dryer has reasonable design, compact structure, novelty, and wide application range. It can be used in pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, food, medicine, electronics and other chemical and light industry industries. The powdery material is dried to achieve high efficiency, fast, energy saving and continuous operation. The hot air is blown into the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spraying speed and enters the stirring, crushing and drying chamber, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the material. The material is then micronized by centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wet granules are mechanically broken under the action of stirring, the moisture content is lower, and the particles with smaller granularity are entrained by the rotating air flow, and are further dried during the entrainment process. Since the gas-solid two-phase is rotating, the inertia of the solid-phase is greater than that of the gas, and the relative speed between the solid-gas phase is relatively large. The heat and mass transfer between the two phases is strengthened, so the production capacity of the machine is high.
