We must know what lead to the stop working of grain dryer. Once it is clear, all will be solved.

Firstly, is the machine over-loaded which lead to the temporary shutdown? Usually the too fast material feeding is key reason. You need cut off the main power and clean up the material in the tower to reduce the load.

Secondly, it might be caused by the blow out of main fuse which bring about the cease of the circuit. It is simple to check it out for this situation. Just cut off the power, check whether the circuit is intact. If there is fuse-burn, replace the fuse.

Lastly, check whether there are other foreign matters or dirty things in the drying grain which can't be processed by the machine. Grain dryer is usually to dry the smaller materials with little hardness. If mixed with foreign matters with larger hardness or big volume, it is bound to cause the abnormal work of dryer. It can be easily solved by cutting down the power and clean up the foreign matters.
