Mining feeder, also known as ore feeder, is one of the the indispensable machines in ore mining process especially in crushing line and sand production line. Working principle

Ore feeding machine, also called pendulum feeder, can achieve fine results by taking advantage of the centrifugal force caused by the spin of eccentric block in vibrator, which makes the movable parts such as screen compartment and vibrator round or approximate circular movement. Mineral feeding machine consists of feeding trough, exciter, spring support and transmission. The vibration source of chute feeder is exciter which is made up of two eccentric shaft and wheel gear.

The driving shaft is driven by electromotor by triangle conveyor belt. The wheel gear in the driving shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate, thus the two shafts revolve towards opposite direction. Finally, the vibration of chute makes the materials continuously flow to the feeding device.
