Dingli Machinery develops a dual-power transmission plan of mobile stone crusher, and this plan is able to reduce the installed power of the whole machine, reduce starting current of motor and reduce the impact of the fluctuation of load on the power machine to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology.
After being tested on China mobile crusher, the transmission plan researched and developed by Dingli Machinery has reached the predicted aim. After adopting this plan, the transmission of electric drive and diesel engine drive realizes stable start and operation of this system. Compared with existing technology, it has the following advantages.
1. Reduce crushing cost.
Adoption of electromotor of mobile plant crusher stone can use electromotor to drive the belt pulley to complete crushing process in the commercial power area, thus reducing the production cost.
2. Slow down the impact of load fluctuation on motor and electric machine.
The main crushing machine, such as crawler-type mobile cone crusher, tyre mobile impact crusher, is connected with fluid coupling and electromotor or diesel engine, as fluid coupling uses liquid as the transmission medium, it has cushion and vibration attenuation function. The adoption of fluid drive can have the function of slowing down impact and separating torsional vibration, thus effectively reducing the damage of impact load on driving mechanism and improving the service life of diesel engine and electromotor.
3. Lower starting current of motor.
Connecting motor and belt pulley with coupling can change the original one push start of motor directing driving crushing machine to second start of motor driving coupler pump impeller and impeller driving the turbine, so that the motor will be started with nearly empty load. Due to the smooth start of the motor, the starting current and starting time will be reduced, and the impact on the power grid is also reduced, thus saving energy and electricity and avoiding starting failure. After starting the motor, the torque of pump impeller will gradually increase, when it increases to be able to overcome drag torque, the crusher machine will be slowly started. In addition, the installed capacity will also be reduced, thus reducing the impact on the power grid.
4. Compared with diesel generating set power plant with the same handling capacity, the installed power of diesel engine and electromotor is reduced by over 30%.
