Preventive Measure for the Abrasion of Discharging Mouth of

(1) Improve the shape of material discharging hopper.

The shape of discharging hopper of traditional conveyor belt is straight up and down, and this machine will be directly impacted by ores. This time, we can use material self-crossing measure, thus expanding the service life of the material discharging hopper.

(2) Improve the structure of material discharging hopper.

Between the medium crusher machine and tertiary crusher, there is a small concrete storage bin. On the surface of traditional storage bin, steel rail is laid for abrasion prevention. Due to the direct impact of ores, the steel rail will fall apart after three month, so that the concrete layer will be naked and damaged and there will be serious material leakage. Now the problem can be dealt with according to the self-crossing prevention.

(3) Improve the fixed method of interior lining board of the discharging hopper.

Traditional lining board is welded, which not only is labor and time consuming, but will cause the whole discharging hopper to be damaged after part of the lining board is abraded. Dingli Machinery thinks that customers can change the fastening of the lining board to M30 dormant bolt fastening, which is not only firm, but makes the changing of abraded lining board more convenient and extends the service life of the discharging hopper, thus saving plenty of production time.

(4) Add strip lining board inside the discharging hopper.

The discharging hopper of medium stone crushing plant and tertiary impact crusher is in the shape of pot. Due to a big difference of level of ores, the lining board is easy to be abraded and the maintenance is more difficult. To deal with this, customers can add a strip-shaped lining board inside the hopper to extend the service life of small material hopper.

(5) Pave wear-resisting material inside the discharging hopper.

As for the ore feeding hopper of ball mill grinder, it shoulders not only the ore conveying task, but the feeding task of grinding balls, so that it is not durable. The changed lining board of ball making machine cannot be used in it, but it can still be used when installed in the discharging hopper.
