For wood shavings, initial moisture 45-50%, final moisture after being dried 10-15%, processing capacity 1t/h, waste wood and coal as fuel, the equipments list of wood shavings dryer system contains:1. 1.0x11m Rotary Drum Dryer : includes diameter 1.0m, length 11m rotary drum (cylinder), feed inlet cover, outlet cover, lifting plates which is welded on the inner wall of rotary drum (cylinder), big gear, big ring, carrier roller, reducer machine, 5.5kw motor, thickness 40mm thermal insulation layer.2. Induced draft system : high pressure draft fan, 15kw motor, air duct tube, chimney.3. Cyclone Dusting System: Cyclone Dust Separator.4. Temperature Control System: there are two temperature meter. One is installed on the feed inlet hole, another is installed at the discharging hole of wood shavings dryer.5. Feeding System: A. Use one belt conveyor or one screw conveyor to transport the wood shavings into the feeder on top of the wood shavings dryer;B. The feeder on top of the wood shavings dryer has two functions. One is to feed the wood shavings into the wood shavings dryer evenly, the another function is to preserve heat and prevent the hot air going out of the wood shavings dryer through the feed inlet hole.6. Electric control system: 1 electric control box to control all the motors inside the wood shavings drying system. On the electric control box, there is one thermometer from which you can see the temperature in time. 7. Heat Supply System: new design Hot air furnace from Dingli Machinery. We produce well the hot air furnace at our factory, and later what you need is just to connect the rotary dryer to the hot air furnace together. It saves you most of the civil engineering cost ,and the salary and air ticket fees of the engineer.8. Bagging system: According to the customer's demand, we can supply the wood shavings bagging machine for the customer.
