Working Principle of wood shavings dryer: Wood shaving dryer contains: hot air furnace, feeding hole, rotating cylinder,material conveying pipe, the discharging hole, high pressure draft fan, air duct tube, chimney, electric control box, etc. The rotating cylinder is locatedon the driving roller whichis rotatingin low speed by motor and gear.

The feeding hole has been designed between thehot airfurnace and rotating cylinder, and there are stirring blades inside the rotating cylinder which mix the wood shavings with the hot air sufficiently, and the wood shavings get fully contacted with the hot gas and finally complete drying. At the connection place between the rotary cylinder and the filter cylinderit is equipped with a dam-board on which a small hole is opened.
