Chicken Manure Dryer Working Principle is as follows:

1. Use screw conveyor to send the wet chicken manure into hopperwhich is on the topofrotary chicken manure dryer.

2. Then the wet chicken manure enters intothe rotary drum of chicken manure dryer through the feed inlet hole. Meantime, the hot air also goes into the chicken manure dryer through the air duct tube.

3. On the inner wall of the chicken manure dryer,there are many welded lifting boards. When the chicken manure dryer isrotating, the chicken manureand hot air are mixed sufficientlyby the mixing function of the lifting boards.

4.Lift boards on the inner side of rotary drummakes thechicken manure up and down, and moves forward to the discharging hole.

5. At the discharging end of the chicken manure dryer, there is induced draft fan which is connected to the chicken manure dryer by air duct tube. The function of the induced draft fan is to suck out the steam out of the rotary drum dryer in time, and avoid the dried chicken manure become damp again.

6. Finally the steam and some dustgo into the cyclone dustseparator. Inside the cyclone dust separator, the steam is separated from the dust, and goes into atmoshpere directly, or to be processed by the deodorization tower. The dustfalls down and comes out through the discharging hole of the cyclone dust separator.
