The production process of wood shavings for horse bedding:

1. Selecting the appropriate wood: Natural wood materials such as pine, cedar, and poplar should be selected, free of toxins and chemicals. These woods provide a soft and absorbent surface for horses.

2. Wood processing: The selected wood material is fed into the shaving machine's feed system. The shaving machine's sharp blades and rotary cutting system shave the wood into finely chopped wood shavings.

3. Drying and disinfection: Depending on the moisture content of the shavings, drying may be required to prevent mold growth and bacterial accumulation. At the same time, disinfection can be performed to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for horses.
