  Correct operation and use of flash dryer method:

  1. Install the hot air stove (or other heat source equipment), dust collector, induced draft fan, blower and other supporting equipment. Check the fan to see if the direction of the blades is correct, and also check the air volume control valve and the feeding control plate to see if they are adjustable, and adjust them to the appropriate position according to the design before manufacturing.

  2. After everything is checked, the hot air stove is ignited and the smoke induction machine is started. Later, the fan and motor are turned on to keep the flash dryer in operation.

  3. Check the instrument panel, wait for the air temperature to reach the required temperature, and then put in the materials. Pay attention to the proper feeding speed and adapt to the output. During the test, generally the outlet air temperature of the drying host should be controlled at 80°C—120°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, adjust the feeding amount and observe whether the host motor is rotating. If it is out of service, it means the machine has too much material in the machine. At this time, the machine should be shut down and cleaned in time.

  4. In order to facilitate the calculation of output, the general test time is 1-2 hours. After the test, measure the moisture content of the material. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the dryer to increase the hot air volume or adjust the feeder speed to increase the inlet air temperature.

  5. After the feeding experiment is over, the temperature should be lowered first, and the host and power supply should be turned off after the air temperature of the hot blast stove drops to the specified value.
