When the temperature of the exhaust gas is low, the natural ventilation capacity of the chimney is insufficient to overcome the fluid resistance of the drying equipment and dust removal equipment. Therefore, a boiler induced fan is often used as the ventilation power of the rotary dryer.
In a common rotary potato residue dryer system, the heat source equipment generally uses a direct-fired hot air stove. During the drying process of materials, the required drying temperature should be determined according to the different moisture and physical properties of the materials, so as not to cause physical changes and affect the quality of the finished product.
In the actual production process, when the flue gas temperature of the hot blast stove is too high, cold air can be appropriately mixed to adjust the temperature. A special mixing room cold air regulating valve can be set between the combustion chamber and the rotary dryer to achieve the regulation and control of the flue gas temperature entering the dryer.
