1. The moisture of the yeast will directly affect the drying effect, and at the same time increase the loss. For the yeast with large moisture, it can be dehydrated or air-dried in the early stage to reduce the burden of drying in the later stage, and also reduce the heat loss of the yeast dryer;
2. The effect of the speed of the yeast dryer on the energy consumption. When the rotation speed of the yeast dryer increases, the residence time of the yeast in the drying drum is reduced, and the heat energy loss is also reduced;
3. The influence of the inlet airflow speed of the yeast dryer on the energy consumption: when the inlet airflow velocity increases, the residence time of the yeast decreases, and the moisture content of the exported yeast is still increased, the heat energy for dehydration is reduced, and the heat loss is increased;
4. Other external factors also have an impact on the loss of the yeast dryer, thus avoiding daily improper operations.
The above four reasons may increase the loss of the yeast dryer. If the loss of the yeast dryer is found to be large, the cause of the investigation may be processed.
