Recently, a sugar beet pulp drying project—exported by Dingli Group to Almaty, Kazakhstan—successfully completed its installation and integrated commissioning. This milestone confirms that the customized drying system is now fully operational, setting a new benchmark for the resource utilization of by-products in Central Asian sugar-processing enterprises.
With a raw material processing capacity of 30 tons per hour, the production line can efficiently dry wet sugar beet pulp (with a moisture content of ≤75%) down to a moisture level of ≤14%. The resulting dried pulp serves as a high-quality protein-rich feed ingredient or can be processed into biomass fuel. This process significantly extends the product's shelf life and facilitates easier packaging, transport, and export, thereby transforming sugar mill by-products into value-added resources.
Dingli Group specializes in drying technologies for fruit and vegetable residues and various industrial by-products. The company provides comprehensive drying equipment and integrated solutions—covering materials such as sugar beet pulp, sugarcane bagasse, and fruit pomace—to sugar mills and food processing plants worldwide, helping global clients achieve the circular, resource-efficient management of solid waste.
