Zhengzhou Dingli Group supplied a specialized DLJG-2010/3 potato residue drying production line for the client. The equipment is optimized for high-viscosity, high-moisture residues, capable of continuously and stably drying wet potato residue (with an initial moisture content of ≤80%) down to a final moisture content of ≤13%.
The dried potato residue features low moisture content and uniform quality, making it suitable for direct use as livestock and poultry feed. This process enables the resource recovery of waste materials, transforming discarded potato residue into marketable products and generating economic benefits for the client.
The entire drying system is designed to operate reliably in Harbin’s cold northern climate and offers high thermal efficiency. Equipped with dust removal and purification units, it meets environmental emission standards, helping starch processing enterprises reduce solid waste and utilize resources effectively.
