This is a successful coking coal slime drying case located in Nyugri, Russia, which has been fully commissioned and officially put into production. The project adopts 2 sets of DLMG-3640 professional rotary drum dryers, featuring stable operation and high automation. Only 2 workers are required for daily operation and maintenance, realizing labor-saving and efficient production. Coking coal slime is characterized by fine particles, high humidity and strong viscosity, which is prone to caking and hard to dry with ordinary equipment. Our customized drum dryer is equipped with anti-sticking and material breaking structures, perfectly solving the caking and uneven drying problems to ensure stable drying quality.
The production line runs steadily with superior performance. The total raw material processing capacity reaches 170±10 tons per hour. It can reduce the coal slime moisture from 30±2% to below 12%, with a stable finished product output of 135±13.5 tons per hour, perfectly satisfying the client’s large-scale production demands.Equipped with a secondary dust removal system, the whole production line meets local environmental protection emission standards and has passed the environmental assessment successfully. We have lots of mature operating projects in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou and other regions in China. On-site factory visits are warmly welcomed.
