Zhengzhou Dingli New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully undertook the Guizhou Bijie 56.7t/h coal slime dryer project, tailoring a professional coal slime resource-based drying production line for the Guizhou client. Addressing the characteristics of Bijie coal slime—high moisture content, high viscosity, and easy agglomeration—the project adopted Dingli's customized anti-sticking and anti-clogging three-cylinder drying system, combined with low-temperature high-efficiency drying technology, intelligent temperature control, and negative pressure dust removal. The equipment operates stably, saves energy, and fully complies with environmental emission standards.
After the project is officially put into operation, it can dry high-moisture raw coal slime to a qualified moisture content in one go, significantly increasing the calorific value of the coal slime. The finished product can be directly co-fired for power generation or sold externally. This effectively solves the problems of open-air coal slime storage occupying land, inconvenient transportation, and significant dust pollution, while also achieving the reduction, harmlessness, and resource recycling of industrial solid waste, creating considerable economic value and environmental benefits for the client.
