Recently, a large-scale gasification slag dryer project purchased by a customer in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, has been installed, commissioned, and is operating stably. Addressing the core characteristics of gasification slag—high moisture content (raw material moisture ≤ 50%) and strong viscosity leading to easy wall adhesion—this equipment achieves a high-efficiency processing capacity of 42 tons per hour, precisely drying high-moisture gasification slag to ≤ 30% moisture content. This solves the industry pain points of difficult handling of high-moisture gasification slag and easy material blockage during processing, matching the production pace of the customer's large-scale industrial solid waste disposal.
In this project, the equipment adopts a customized drying process adapted to the characteristics of gasification slag—through an anti-sticking wall lining design and a graded dehydration system, it avoids the problems of high-moisture gasification slag sticking to the equipment and uneven drying; at the same time, it precisely controls the moisture to ≤ 30%, perfectly meeting the moisture requirements for subsequent use as building material auxiliary materials and roadbed fillers. This helps the customer achieve the dual goals of reducing the volume of gasification slag and utilizing it for high-value resource recovery. This is a typical practical case of our company's treatment of high-moisture, viscous solid waste.
