Recently, a large-scale coal slime dryer project purchased by a customer in Fenyang, Shanxi Province, has been installed, commissioned, and is operating stably. The project processes 800 tons of coal slime raw material daily, precisely controlling the moisture content of the raw material from 25% to 18% in the finished product. This effectively solves the industry pain points of difficult coal slime accumulation and low processing efficiency in the local area, meeting the customer's actual needs for large-scale production.
In this project, the large-scale coal slime dryer, through customized processes adapted to the sticking characteristics of coal slime, avoids uneven drying and material sticking to the walls. It also ensures the quality of subsequent resource utilization of the coal slime through precise moisture control, helping the customer achieve the dual goals of reducing coal slime volume and high-value utilization. This project has become another benchmark for our company in the field of coal slime treatment.
