PROJECT DETAILS
The Kazakhstan beer yeast drying feed production line project has been put into operation. This equipment utilizes steam heating for drying, achieving a yeast protein retention rate of ≥92%. The dried yeast raw material is rich in high-protein and bioactive substances, becoming a high-quality protein feed for local high-end aquaculture. This effectively solves the environmental disposal problem of yeast residue, builds a synergistic bridge between Kazakhstan's bio-fermentation and aquaculture industries, achieves a win-win situation for both ecological and economic benefits, and contributes to the green upgrading of the industry.
